25% Off Competitor Discount

Discount is to be applied to product sales only. Any attached
Sage Cover, training, services etc are not to be discounted.

Product and Sage Cover bundles are not to be discounted

The 25% discount is off the full RRP price.

Only users of approved competitor products can take advantage of
the discount.

A sales person must take all reasonable care in ensuring that a
customer is actually using a competitors product that is equivalent
to their proposed purchase.

Proof of purchase/usage required. This should be a paper/electronic
copy of an invoice from their existing supplier in relation to their
software purchase or support contract. If this can not be supplied
then as a last resort a customer can provide a screen shot of their
existing software in use - please see below.

Acceptance of a screen shot should always be a last resort. The
sales person must always ask for other forms of proof before
requesting a screenshot. These forms of proof should be a paper or
electronic based bill from their current supplier. A copy of their
current software is not to be accepted as proof of ownership.

A screen shot will only be accepted where the customers
business name is present in the 'About' or 'Help' section of the
software. This should display who the software is licensed to and
who the vendor is.

If a customer has registered their current software under their
own or someone else's personal name then they do not qualify for the
offer. This is to avoid potential abuse of screenshots which can be
copied from the web.

Competitor trade-in only applies to software products.

15% Charity Discount

15% discount applies to all purchases of new, upgrade or
additional user/companies on all Sage products and services except
those described below:

The following products/services are excluded from the charity
discount - Starter Solutions, Sage Cover Bundles, Sage Cover
Renewals and Packages.

Before applying the discount, all charities or Community Interest
Companies must be verified using the Charity Commission website.
Without exception, companies who can not be found on the Charities
or CIC Register can not use the Charities Discount.

15% Discount must always be applied to the full RRP of the
products/services being sold.
